Obstetrics and Gynecology Services The mission of OB/GYN Services is to provide care and assistance to our patients and their families in order to bring about a positive pregnancy experience. OB/GYN Services at Teche Action Clinic are a joint venture between Teche Action Clinic and Franklin Foundation Hospital. Our goal is to provide pre-natal and postnatal for expecting moms. Care is provided to any woman who is a resident of Louisiana, regardless of ability to pay*. We offer our patients free prenatal and breastfeeding classes. *According to sliding fee scale
