Teche Action Clinic began a mental health program through Compass Healthcare Group in August 2004. Dr. Philip Landry has been contracted to provide services to Teche Action Clinic patients. Dr. Landry is a graduate of LSU Medical School and trained Psychiatry at LSU. The Mental Health department consists of: Evelyn Washington, Mental Health Assistant (Franklin), and Brenda Cason, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Franklin), Sandy Marie, Mental Health Assistant (Dulac) and Timothy Pellegrin, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Medication Management Dulac). We provide services for those suffering from depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, ADHD, Alzheimer’s disease and other mood, thought, and behavioral disorders.
