The adult medicine program at Teche Action Clinic is staffed by a group of qualified Community health professionals. Dr. Gary Wiltz, Chief Executive Officer is a role model community health care professional. Dr.Wiltz has drawn state and national attention to Franklin through his work atTecheAction Clinic. He has served two terms as chair of the National Advisory Committee of the National Health Service Corps, and he is the 1996 recipient of the Robert Wood Johnson
Foundation Community Health Leadership Award. He also served two terms as a member of the St. Mary Parish council.
Board certified physician assistant Mr. Wilfred Broussard assists Dr. Wiltz, and Dr. Gautam. Mr. Broussard is a native of St. Mary Parish. After successfully retiring from the U.S. Navy, he and his family moved back home where he continues to practice medicine. Mr. Broussard brings experience and discipline to the team. In his role as clinical supervisor, he manages the daily process flow as it relates to clinical services.
